3. Tendering
Your pension scheme is put out to tender - typically with the existing pension company and 3 other providers.

Action plan - going forward
In conjunction with you, we determine how often we should arrange an insurance meeting - both to maintain the company's pension policy and for a complete review of the company's pension conditions.
